Note: Must register by July 26 at 11:55pm EDT, no exceptions. There is no on-site registration for meetings held at NIST.

All attendees must be pre-registered to gain entry to the NIST campus. Valid photo identification must be presented at the main gate to be admitted to the meeting. International attendees are required to present a passport and to supply additional information. Attendees must wear their meeting badge at all times while on the campus.

Please note: There is not a room block or recommended lodging option for SSC participants in Boulder. If you choose to stay at the Westin in Westminster for the duration of the week, Boulder is a 30 minute drive. Please note that rush hour traffic is usually heaviest coming into Boulder in the mornings and to Westminster in the evenings. There are also public transportation options available.
