Members are admitted to the Forum in one of five classes:
- Large commercial companies with revenues greater than $500 million - Annual dues are $9500 per year
- Medium commercial companies with revenues greater than $50 million, but less than $500 million - Annual dues are $5500 per year
- Small commercial companies with revenues less than $50 million - Annual dues are $2600 per year
- Government and non-profit organizations - Annual dues are $2550 per year
- Academic Institutions - Annual dues are $1500 per year
