Members are admitted to the Forum in one of five classes:
- Large commercial companies with revenues greater than $100 million - Annual dues are $8500 per year
- Medium commercial companies with revenues greater than $10 million, but less than $100 million - Annual dues are $5000 per year
- Small commercial companies with revenues less than $10 million - Annual dues are $2500 per year
- Government and non-profit organizations - Annual dues are $2500 per year
- Academic Institutions - Annual dues are $1500 per year
