Wireless Innovation Forum Groups Portal
Important Notice:
We are happy to announce that the Forum's Groups Portal is being updated to better serve our membership. Two main changes occur beginning June 25, 2010:

The url will change to groups.WInnForum.org

The graphic user interface (gui) will be updated

Access the portal here. Please note that the groups.SDRForum.org addresses will only remain active until Sept. 25, 2010. Please change your bookmarks and address files prior to that date.

Questions you may have:
What happens to my current group’s files, discussions, forums, email lists, etc?
A: All the files, forums, etc. will remain just as they were before, but at the new address. Both addresses will work for all of the above for 90 days. After Sept. 25, 2010, only the new address will work. Group emails will be yourgroup@lists.WInnForum.org. For example, for the Security Working Group, the email will change to sdrsecurity@lists.WInnForum.org and the forum will change to http://groups.WInnForum.org/youroldgroupextension.
Can I use either address to access my groups’ information?
A: Yes, for 90 days
What has changed, exactly?
A. Besides the url to reflect our new name, our groups portal host, Socious, has implemented a new graphic user interface (gui) designed to better accomodate its users.
What do I do if I need help?
A. An overview and help document for the new gui is available by clicking on the group portal link on the Forum’s home page (www.WirelessInnovation.org). You can always contact us as well. We’re here to help. Just e-mail Stephanie Hamill (Stephanie.Hamill@WirelessInnovation.org) or Karen Watkins (Karen.Watkins@WirelessInnovation.org) and we’ll make sure you find what you’re looking for.
What you Need to Do:

Familiarize yourself with the new interface by visiting the groups portal exploring.

Review the new gui overview document available from the Forum’s home page.

Most importantly, replace your old bookmarks and start using the new url: groups.WInnForum.org. If you are a group leader, please ensure that you and your group members conduct all group business using the new url prior to Sept. 25, 2010.
