Kuan Collins - Secretary

Kuan H. Collins is a Program Manager at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC, Inc). Kuan is responsible for managing engineering and acquisition services for USAF Space and Missile Center MILSATCOM Directorate (SMC/MC), Army Satellite Communications Terminal Program, Joint Program Manager Information Systems (JPMIS) amongst other projects. She is currently a lead engineer and program manager supporting the chief engineer for SMC/MC.

She is a doctoral candidate at University of Maryland University College pursing a Doctor of Management, and a graduate of Strayer University with MS in Information Systems and University of Maryland at College Park with a BS in Electrical Engineering. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP). She has superior team building, technical analysis, problem solving, and communication skills; thirteen years experience in management with expertise in systems engineering; defense acquisition; and directed multi-disciplined product teams in several Defense Acquisition Category (ACAT) Level I-III programs.
