Pekka Heikkinen - Member at Large

Pekka Heikkinen is a Senior Specialist of SDR Programs at Elektrobit Wireless Communication ltd. (EB) in their efforts to support SDR technology usage in commercial and defence products.

Since 1999 he has worked at EB as a project manager in various embedded wireless product programs. He has been also been software project manager and chief engineer of the Finnish Software Defined Radio Program.

He received the B.Sc. in computer technology in 1987 and M.Sc in electrical engineering from University of Oulu, Finland in 2003. From 1987 to 1999 he worked as a software engineer in various companies developing computer aided design solutions and GIS (Geographical Information System) solutions. He joined the SDR Forum in 2003 and is a co-chair of SCA working group of the Forum.
